Finite Element Analysis and Optimization Design of Automobile Exhaust Pipe Lifting Lugs

Taking the lifting lug of automobile exhaust pipe as research object, geometric modeling was established. The analyzed by finite element method using Ansys software, and structure optimized according to topology optimization method. 20% area model taken area, new established for verification. verification results showed that maximum stress deformation were increased some extent. However, it still meets requirements materials.
